As a current  PPHA Organizational Members, all of your employees are covered under your organizational membership. Thus they do NOT need to pay for an individual membership.

We recognize that some of your employees may not have joined PPHA yet, but will want to attend our annual conference. Rest assured, they will attend at the MEMBER rate.

Here are the steps they need to follow to register at the member price:

1. First, they will need to set up a new member account if they are not in our database.
    
2. Since they are new to our system, they will need to use a discount code at check out to pay the correct member price.
   This code will discount their non-member price to the member price.
    
3. Enter the appropriate code:
   
   For those employed by the Graduate School of Public Health at University of Pittsburgh - please input the code ORG-GSPH for the discount.
   
   For those employed by  Public Health Management Corporation- please use the code ORG-PHMC.
   
   For all other organizational members, please use the code ORG-OTHER.
    
4. Proceed to check out and apply desired payment method.
